Summary
A woman's evening cape, made from chinchilla in variegated shades of brown and grey. The cape has a deep shawl collar and decorative arm cuff but is otherwise unembellished, and with no fastenings or pockets. Inside, the cape is fully lined in silver silk satin. A makers label sewn to the lining reads "Vaneks Couture. London and Bournemouth". There are two further labels inside, possibly auction labels, which read "13514" and "1066".
