Summary

A stand, maker's mark indistinct, London 1809., for the George III silver coffee biggin , Emes & Barnard, London 1808, the oval body is engraved with the crest of the Marquess of Londonderry within the collar of the garter, reeded rim with domed lid with acorn finial.

Provenance

Accepted by HM Government in lieu of Inheritance Tax and allocated to the National Trust, 2013
