Summary
A pair of stained beech radiator-cover side tables, British or Irish, early 20th century, each with a rectangular tabletop, the frieze centred by a plain rectangular panel, the frieze to either side applied with a band of raised moulding and a shaped apron, the raised moulded band continuing on the sides of the table, on four turned baluster-shaped legs terminating in shaped feet, the legs joined by stretchers with moulded top edges. These radiator-cover side tables are very similar to the side tables (NT 1656124.1 & .2) found in the 'Paris' bedroom at Mount Stewart.
