Summary
A stained beech radiator-cover side table, one of a pair, British or Irish, early 20th century, with a rectangular tabletop, the frieze centred by a plain rectangular panel, the frieze to either side applied with a band of raised moulding and a shaped apron, the raised moulded band continuing on the sides of the table, on four turned baluster-shaped legs terminating in shaped feet, the legs joined by plain stretchers. These radiator-cover side tables are very similar to the side tables (NT 1656315.1 & .2) found in the 'Sebastopol' bedroom at Mount Stewart.
