Summary
Print, Emily Calmady (1818-1906) and Laura Anne Calmady (1820-1894) (after Sir Thomas Lawrence) - Reproduction in black ink on white paper - circular image shows two children. Underneath is printed; Sir Thomas Lawrence, R.A. pinxit / Nature. Frame of black lacquered wood with gilt pattern insets to inner and outer edges of frame. Reverse is black with green paper, has two metal hanging rings, one on each side, left-hand one with piece of cord attached. Printed paper label of white paper and black ink reads; CASH / BOOTS / CHEMISTS LTD / PICTURE FRAMING / AND ART / DEPARTMENT / BOOTS PURE DRUG CO. LTD. Below this is handwritten in black ink; 2088/1 BX.
