Summary
A painted mural on a plaster wall depicting an 18th century school boy from the Blewcoats School. Wearing the distinctive three quarter length blue coat, mustard coloured stockings and black shoes with silver buckles. The boy is standing upright and holding an opened book in his right hand. Note: the depiction is similar to the statue of the Blewcoat boy (1650009) on the opposite exterior wall of the school.
