Summary
Bentwood wheelchair with woven cane seat and back. The chair has metal spoked wheels with solid rubber tyres and wooden hand grips each side as well as a small central wheel at the rear for stability. A brass plaque above the rear wheel reads; CARTERS / INVALID and SURGICAL FURNITURE / MANUFACTURERS / NEW CAVENDISH STREET / LONDON W / TRADE MARK.
