Summary
Print. A black and white engraving of Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Charles Gould Morgan, 2nd Baronet, MP (1760-1846) showing a shorthorn bull, held by John Engal to King William IV (1765–1837). Sir Charles Morgan, with doffed hat, carrying a cane and wearing a garter star on his breast. The bull is held by John Engal, bailiff to George IV. Windsor Castle can be seen in the background, c1836. There is a tear to the left hand side, mid-way up. Rests within a black, rectangular glazed frame with interior and exterior gilt edges.
