Summary
Saucer. A bone china Shelley saucer, part of a coffee service, c1925. Octagonal saucer, almost square, with four long sides alternating with four short ones. Scalloped edge banded in blue with alternate panels, radiating from centre, have simplified red, yellow and grey flower motifs, interspersed with blue iris and flower stalks.
Provenance
Donated to Newport Museums and Galleries by Mr Cyril Highman. On loan to the National Trust from Newport Museums and Galleries.
