Summary

Thermometer. A glass thermometer in a wooden case, with a turned top handle. The handle has a hole drilled through the centre to enable it to be hung. Printed with calibrations and 'Dr FORBES SPECIFICATION', c1900.

Provenance

Part of the collection on loan to the National Trust from Newport Museum and Galleries.
