Summary
White ceramic sink. Sink in situ, fitted with two taps with white ceramic handles, a plughole, plug on chain and an overflow grille. It stands on a metal frame, and the pipes run underneath. Marked with maker's stamp “COLONIAL DOULTON”
Provenance
Possibly original to Tredegar House. On loan from Newport Museum and Galleries. In March 2012 the National Trust took over the management of Tredegar House with its contents and its 90 acres of gardens and parkland, from Newport City Council for a period of 50 years.
