Summary
Binoculars made of metal tubing with black eye-pieces (possibly lacquered) and black leather covered grips. One end has the extension cover missing. Central knurled knob for adjusting focal length. One eye-piece lettered in white; ROSS / LONDON. Other eye-piece dented.
