Summary
A Berlin cabinet plate with three female classical figures discovering Cupid before a rose bush in a landscape within a chased gilt well and gilt key-pattern on a blue and gilt ground scroll and foliage border, circa 1810, blue sceptre mark, iron-red painter's cross and circle. One of a set of thirty six Berlin cabinet plates, thirty one circular and five oval each with a different designs.
