Summary
Edwardian dressing table of Arts and Crafts style in oak and inlaid mahogany; oak upper section with rectangular swing mirror, the bevelled glass arched at top and bottom, in a frame arched at the bottom and level at the top, with cornice; mirror supports of flat pilaster form pierced with a stylised flowering plant and buttressed by small shelf-topped brackets flanking a long shelf with arched apron and carrying a central box with a drawer; mahogany veneered lower section with two short over one long drawer, an arched apron and four turned legs on castors; drawer fronts decorated with horizontal parquetry bands above and below rectangular swing handles on shaped and embossed back-plates.
