Summary
Dark blue, square cross-section glass bottle with paper label printed in black. The cork (?) stopper appears to be stuck to the inside of the bottle near the bottom. Base is embossed with "1552". The label is titled "LOCKYER'S DEAD BLACK" "For Blacking Inside of Cameras, or anything requiring a Dull Black Surface". It carries a description of possible applications, instructions for use and the name and address of the supplier "J. E. LOCKYER" "Photographic Chemist" of "244, Evelyn St., DEPTFORD, S.E."
