Summary
Blue glass medicine bottle with cork stopper and paper label. Bottle body has a triangular cross section with squared-off corners and is embossed with 68 small crosses on each of two rear faces in 4 columns of 17. The rearmost face is embossed with the words "NOT TO BE TAKEN". The top of the cork stopper is missing and the remainder is in the bottle neck. The base is embossed twice with the number "6" (or "9"). The label is printed in red with the text "H. T. HOLME, FAMILY CHEMIST, WALLINGFORD." and has a handwritten annotation in pen reading "Red Lotion".
