Summary
A Balda Baldix Folding Roll-film Camera. The body is metal covered with black leather(?) and it has a black leather bellows. Chrome struts self erect as the camera is opened. The camera gives a 6x4.5 cm image on 120 rollfilm. The lens is marked ' Meyer Garlitz Nr765693 Trioplan 1:3.5 f=5cm'. The Compur shutter has eight speeds 1-1/300 sec plus T and B. On the front of the shutter housing is 'F.Deckel - Munchen Compur' together with an FD logo. There was labelling on the body but this is no longer legible. On the film wind knob is 'D.R.G.M.'. The viewfinger has a parallax correction controlled by a dial and the base has a tripod bush.
