Summary
Leather case for a Seagull 4A twin lens reflex roll film camera The whole is constructed from firm leather and the top and front are lined with red plush fabric. There is a three part cradle sewn together to enclose the back base and two side of the camera. There are openings to allow access to the controls. A reinforced front portion is embossed with the Seagull logo and is riveted to the base so that it will drop down below the camera in use. There is a metal frame riveted to the top of the front portion to which the reinforced top of the case is riveted. This allows the top to hinge slightly from the front. Finally there is a pop fastener on a tab which attaches to the back of the camera resulting in a very sturdy protective case.
