Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver glass lantern slide entitled "Funnels". The image depicts two funnels on a ship, viewed from close up. Two sheets of glass, 83 mm x 83 mm, one of which carries the image and the other is a cover glass, bound together with black paper tape on top and bottom edges only. Behind the cover glass there is a black and white geometric/grid and circle patterned paper mask over the image with square corners. The image is framed off centre in this mask, being positioned left of centre of the slide. Above the image, also behind the glass, is a white label upon which has been handwritten in black ink: "Funnels". There is a white circle at the top left corner.
