Summary
An unopened pack of 6 Wellington Anti-Screen Plates manufactured by Wellington & Ward Ltd, Elstree, Herts. The pack is wrapped in dark grey paper with a yellow paper label on the top, printed in black and green ink with the following: "Wellington Anti-Screen. ½doz. 5 x 4. Speed 450 H & D. Wellington & Ward Ltd, Elstree, Herts. It is very important that these plates should be developed in a red light, not in a yellow light". There is a white paper label also on the top printed in brown ink with "Distributed by Ilford Limited, Ilford. London" and the Ilford logo. There is a yellow label on the side of the pack printed with "Wellington. Anti-Screen" in black and green.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
