Summary
A cardboard box (empty) for Wellington Anti-Screen Plates manufactured by Wellington & Ward Ltd, Elstree, Herts. Brown cardboard box with a yellow paper label on the lid, printed in black and green ink with the following: "Wellington Anti-Screen. ½doz. 3½ x 2½. Speed 450 H & D. Wellington & Ward Ltd, Elstree, Herts. It is very important that these plates should be developed in a red light, not in a yellow light". Stamped in black ink on the side of the box: "5064". Handwritten in pencil on the underside of the box (some parts unclear): "Harry with Dog. 2 House. 3 Jean and Harry with dog in fields. Jean with ... Jean & Harry Uncle... Jean ... Uncle..."
