Summary
Two empty boxes of Paget Slow Lantern Plates. One brown cardboard and one red cardboard box, each with a yellow paper label printed in black with "Paget Plates. Slow Lantern. Manufactured by Paget Prize Plate Co: Watford. England." The brown box has the additional words "Warm Tone". Stamped on the base of the red box: "99852 F80 H" and on the base of the brown box: "6319A".
Provenance
Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
