Summary
Wigmore Model WB36 Epidiascope. Manufactured by Newton & Co, London. Black crackle finish. Slide stage and helical focusing lens. This model was designed for long-range projection, from the back of a large room. Projects either opaque objects or lantern slides. Field for opaque projection 5 in. square, throwing picture up to 7 ft. square. Has 5½" cam lighting-table to enable objects to be quickly clamped into position for projection. Illuminant, one 500-watt lamp with special diffusion reflector. Separate transformer 110v-240v.
