It comprises a heavy brass base plate designed to be screwed down. There is a heavy capstan like central boss with 6 pipes in two sets of 3. There is a central control which moves 90 degrees between the two groups of 3 pipes. There are two tubes which join the pipes on the outsides of each group of 3 and these tubes have further control valves.
