Summary
Original box lid for toy magic lantern slide projector with box of panoramic lantern slides. This is a card box lid covered with black and green marbled paper. The inside is covered with blue paper. Center top is a paper label showing a colour printed picture of a boy projecting alandscape scene onto a screen or wall. Above the scene there are six coin depictions, apparently showing front and back of three coins The first, Bavarian showing Ludwig 11, the second, French and the third, Austrian showing Prinz Leopold of Koenigreichs Bayern Verweser. Below the picture in black print reads on the left, "Feine Laterna Magica Lanterne Magique" in the center is the GBN trade mark and on the right "Fine Magic Lantern Linterna Magica"
