Summary
Cardboard box with hinged lid covered in a cream coloured stippled paper. Illustrated rectangular paper label on top left hand reads; PIATNIK / SCHUTMARKE. Fox marks. Inside of lid decorated with four concentric circles with horse rider inside and arrow pointing from outer circle. Text at top left reads; die Qualitatsmacke !. Text at bottom right reads; Wiener Spielkartenfabrik / FERD. PITNIK. SOHNE / WIEN XIV, HUTTELDORFERSTR.229 - 31. Outer sides of base covered with brown paper. Inside white, divided into two compartments. Piece of pink ribbon fixed in middle of base on each side. Outside, a blue and white paper covering marked; Nr. 119. Marked in pencil; 36. Box contains two packs of playing cards.
