Summary
Russian Iron Lamphouse for the Optimus Enlarger black metal cylinder which is able to slot onto the condenser on the Perken Optimus enlarger. The back of the cylinder is tapered and then has a flat black plate on the back which is probably where the light source mantle would fit.
