Summary
Photographic retouching desk with drawer. The unit is wood with brass fittings. In the base there is a drawer for the storage of pencils. Three levels may be tilted for convenience. The lowest of these contains an opaque white screen for illumination. Above this is the main panel which holds three picture frames of different sizes. Each is held in place by a pair of brass tabs. The picture frames each fit within the next larger unit and is desight to hold glass plates. The top panel just acts as a shade and has a single position. All layers are held in place by brass stays. An enamel plate on the main frame reads ' Marions, 3 Soho Square, London, W.1.'
