Summary
A Watkins Standard Exposure . The unit is of the Actinometer type and comprises a brass barrel with four movable discs,setting the light value, aperture, plate speed and shutter. A chain is enclosed in the top compartment to time the actinide exposure. The end is stamped around the actinide window 'Watkins Exposure Meter Patent'.
