Summary
Photax Addex Exposure Meter. This is a small slide rule like device with speed of exposure down one edge and F stop numbers on the slider. This is an extinction meter and uses Scheiner numbers are seen through seven holes in the centre when the meter is held up and the slider is moved to estimate correct exposure. the correct exposure is found by aligning to the number which can only just be seen. The correct camera settings can then be read from the juxtoposed numbers on the slide and frame.
