Summary
A Folmer & Schwing RB Auto Graflex 3 1/4 x 4 1/4" single lens reflex camera, with a Voigtlander Heliar f4.5 lens, focal plane shutter, rising front, revolving back and interchangeable lens panel. The camera is of wooden box construction, covered in black leather, with a front door which folds down to form the bed for the extending bellows. The hinged top lifts to extend the focussing hood covering a full size ground glass screen. The revolving back has a detachable cover with hinged viewing flap. Markings; on the focussing hood is a plate marked "R.B. Auto Graflex. Folmer & Schwing Division, Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester N.Y.", and a table of curtain aperture settings. On the camera base is a metal plate with "R.B. Graflex" and a list of patents The serial number 52022 is stamped onto the bed. On the lens "Voigtlaender Braunschweig Heliar 21cm1:4.5 No 144704"
