Summary
A Stereo Kodak no 1 rollfilm camera. The body is metal covered with black leatherette and the camera uses film no 101. The twin bellows are black leather and the fittings are chrome. There is an enamel distance scale on the baseboard and a chrome focussing wheel. A bright viewfinder is also on the baseboard and a cable release is attached to the shutter.The ball bearing shutter has three speeds upto 1/100 sec plus T and B. The two lenses are marked 'Kodak Anastigmat f7.7 F=130mm' and are numbered 53147 and 53148 respectively (These numbers also appear insider the camera). The outer rim of each lens reads 'Eastman Kodak Co Rochester, N.Y., USA. The lens plate has the EKC logo and the wording ' Patented in U.S.A Jan Jan 7,1913 Stereo Kodak no 1'.Th Lower on the plate is 'Made in U.S.A by Eastman Kodak Co Rochester, N.Y., U.S.A.' Inside the rear cover is etched 'Stereo Kodak Model 1. US Patents Jan 21,1902 July 8, 1902 Sept 7, 1909 Apr 23, 1912 June 18, 1914 Other Patents Pending' Then it reads 'Manufactured by Eastman Kodak Co Rochester, N.Y. Made in U.S.A.'
