A Chapman field camera taking 5x4 inch plates.The body is Mahogany and the bellows is a dark brown fabric and there are two brass strutts and a brass lens mount. The lens is catalogued as a separate item.Tripod bushes are on the base and side. At the rear is a hinged ground glass focussing screen. There is an enamel label on the top 'J.T.Chapman, Albert Square Manchester.'
