Summary
Guerry pneumatic flap camera shutter. A single flap design, originally activated by an inflation bulb. Wooden body with flap made of metal wire frame covered in black velvet which hinges from the top. Metal catches and fixings. Screw fitting on top to secure the shutter to the back of the lens. The rubber bulb and tube are missing. The attachment for the tube is on the base. Markings: On the wooden side panel at the back of the shutter: "Obturateur, CL Guerry, Paris, Breveté S.G.D.G"
