Summary
A Carbine no 4 folding rollfilm camera fitted with Aldis Uno f/ 7.7 lens and Bausch and Lomb shutter. A rear panel allows the use of plates. The shutter has B,T and six settings of 1 to 1/100 sec. Aperture settings range f7.7 to f32. The lens mount is marked 'The Aldis Uno f7.7 Anastigmat'. The body is metal covered in black leather and there is a black leather bellows. Runners are chrome and there is a rotating viewfinded with a spirit level. Inside the rear is engraved serial no A85530. There is also a pen mark 'L783'. On the base of the body there is a label 'The Westminster, 119, Victoria St., London SW1. Photographic Exchange'
