Summary
A Zeiss Ikon Cocarette folding rollfilm camera with Tessar f/4.5 lens and Compur shutter Shutter speeds T, B & 1 to 250. Aperture settings from f 4,5 to f 32. Camera is metal covered in black leather with exposed metal trim, black leather handle. Black leather bellows and wire frame finder. Distance scale of bone or ivory. Brilliant finder. Markings: On rear of camera body embossed in leather 'Zeiss Ikon' Front of camera body at top, embossed in leather 'Cocarette' On lens 'Zeiss Ikon' (above) 'COMPUR' (below) On top of hinged cover plate 'Zeiss Ikon', and on left edge in small letters ' Made in Germany' Underside of cover plate oblong white label handwritten in black ink '1930 c/205' Support strut moulded metal 'Zeiss Ikon'
