Summary
Gelatine silver glass dry plate negative in landscape format, depicting an old thick and twisted wisteria stem and other wisteria plants supported by poles around the pond at Tokyo's Tenjin Kameido Shrine in Japan. There is a drum bridge in the background. Additional information handwritten on the sleeve (not original): "50. May 5 1909. Kameido Wisteria stem" Part of the Christie Miller Collection.
