Summary

Gelatine silver glass dry plate negative in landscape format, depicting a honden in Japan; the most sacred hall of a Shinto shrine. The building is enclosed by a fence. A person is standing in front of the fence. Additional information handwritten on the sleeve (not original): "65. May 30. Kizuki Honden no trees. F/11 ½ Part of the Christie Miller Collection.
