Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver photograph in landscape format, depicting a building by some water/a river, on the island of Torcello, Venice. The image is mounted on grey paper and then on dark grey card. The image has a matt finish and there is a small amount of silvering at the edges. Markings: Verso: Handwritten in pencil: "Torcello". Part of the Christie-Miller collection; photographs taken by Charles Wakefield Christie-Miller (1877-1976).
