Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver photograph in landscape format, depicting a man fishing in a river. He is standing on a rock in the centre of the river and holding a fishing rod. There is open countryside in the background. The image has a matt finish and there is some deterioration with silvering around the edges. Markings: Verso: Handwritten in black ink: unclear word followed by "Co Donegal". In pencil beneath this is "No. 8" Part of the Christie-Miller collection; photographs taken by Charles Wakefield Christie-Miller (1877-1976).
