Summary
A hand coloured gelatine silver photograph in portrait format, depicting a full-length portrait of Mrs R B T Daniell, seated on a high-backed wooden chair, and wearing wedding dress and veil. The image is mounted behind a white card frame (now discoloured), affixed on verso with tape. Markings: Recto: Bottom left immediately below the image, handwritten in pencil, is the photographer's signature: "Hay Wrightson"; and bottom right handwritten in pencil is: "London". Handwritten in black ink on the mount, centre bottom, is "Mrs R.B.T. Daniell". Verso: Top centre: handwritten in pencil: "Daniel" and a large letter "A". Top left a label is affixed; printed and handwritten in black ink: "Hay Wrightson, 41 New Bond Street, London, W1. ...attach the gummed portion of the form on the back of each print at the right hand corner, so that the tear-off portion folds over the front of the exhibit. Number of prints sent (+ 2 specials), No. of this print 13, Official 117 (in red pencil), NOT FOR TOUR".
