Summary
An album containing 49 platinum prints individually mounted on loose sheets of paper. The platinum prints depict scenes of Northern Italy circa 1910/1920. The platinum prints are enclosed in a fold-out, removable cover. The hard cover of the album is made of cardboard, recto and verso. Attached to the right hand side and to the bottom of the verso hard cover are sheets of paper which fold out, thus enclosing the collection of prints. (The paper fold-out sheet at the top of the verso cover is missing.) The hard cover has string attached in the centre allowing it to be tied and secured at the right hand side. Recto of hard cover: Mounted landscape platinum print depicting a rural scene showing a river in the foreground and mountains in the background and some buildings in the meadow. Note: In addition to the photographs, there are seven loose blank sheets of paper.
