Summary

A calotype, salt print that depicts a view of a stone arched alcove. Rising from the alcove, there appears to be a birds elongated neck emerging, that culminates in the head of a swan. The salt print is on the right and the calotype is on the left. Markings: Recto. Handwritten in pencil around the top of the salt print , "shadow". Verso. Handwritten in pencil around the edges of the calotype, "a shadow", "Claudio Santambrogio 2014".
