Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph view of a medieval stone cross, Crowcombe, Somerset. The cross is in the foreground, with cottages on the right hand side and the Carew Arms pub on the left hand side, which has 2 bikes propped up against its wall. A further bike is resting against a wooden fence on the extreme left. The 2 images have square corners and are straight edged, with no space between them. They are mounted on card which is light grey on recto and verso, with a white surround, and rounded corners. Markings: Recto - Handwritten in pencil, on the right hand side, "Cross at Crowcombe". Verso - nil
