Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of a flower decorated carriage in a celebratory procession. The carrage has been decorated with flowers over all the wheels, with a large display at the rear. Even the horse pulling it is decorated. A man is leading the horse and the 2 women in the carriage are holding a banner. There are other, undecorated carriages travelling in the opposite direction. The road is bounded by flagpoles flying the union flag and another unknown flag. In the background, halfway the hillside is a trestle bridge The 2 images have square corners and are straight edged, with no space between them. They are mounted on card which is dark green on recto and verso. It has rounded corners. Markings: Recto - nil Verso - nil
