Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of a waterwheel in a rural setting. The wheel is to the left and rear of the building, which is probably a mill, given the full sack in the doorway and the storage facility at the front. Excess water appears to be flowing over the left handside of the building. There are 2 men talking in the foreground: judging by their dress, the one on the left is the owner/manager and the one on the right is the worker. In the background is a large hill, which is probably the source of the water. The 2 images have square corners and are straight edged, with no space between them. They are mounted on card which is dark green on recto and verso. It has a gold frame recto and rounded corners. Markings: Recto - nil Verso - nil
