Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of snow scene at The Cuttings, Over Norton, Chipping Norton. The 2 images are straight edged with no space between them. They are mounted on card which is maroon on recto and dark grey-brown on verso. It has rounded corners. The image depicts a pristine snow scene, in a rural lane, where the snow has been blown into dune style shapes on the right in front of bushes and trees. Markings: Verso: Handwritten in pencil: "Snowfall March 1917" and "Chipping Norton Over Norton (The Cuttings)".
