Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of snowfall in the Market Place, Chipping Norton. The 2 images are straight edged with no space between them. They are mounted on card which is maroon on recto and dark grey-brown on verso. It has rounded corners. The image shows the road and the pavement cleared, with the snow dumped on the ground in between. Several people are walking around. Ths town hall can be seen in the background. Markings: Verso: Handwritten in pencil: "Snow, Feb 1916 " and "Chipping Norton".
