Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of 2 boys fishing near Shorthampton, Oxfordshire. The 2 images, with rectangular top edges, are mounted in a black card frame with rounded corners and there is a space of 2mm between them. The image shows 2 boys standing in shallow water to the left of a single arched stone bridge. The boy on the left, who has bare feet and his shorts rolled up is holding the fishing stick whilst the boy on the right, in wellington boots and shorts, watches. Markings: Recto, hand written in red ink, under the left image "Two Young Fishers" Verso, hand written in pencil vertically on the left hand side "Poaching". On the right "At Shorthampton Oxon".
