Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of the interior of Ely Cathedral, Norfolk. The 2 images, with rectangular top edges, are mounted in a black card frame with rounded corners and no gap between them. The image shows an aisle, with the wall on the left showing series of arches below windows with pillars between, whilst on the right are arches supported by large pillars. The floor has a diamond pattern on, and in the distance an entrance can be seen leading to a window. Markings: Recto, written in pencil, horizontally in the top right hand corner,"100". Verso, written in black ink vertically on the right hand side, "In Ely" and "1948".
